Privacy at BOOND SI
BOOND SI is developed and operated by Genologic AI & ML Private Limited. The website is public; the workspace is limited to approved pilot accounts.
What we store
- Your sign-in email and the profile you complete during onboarding (name, role, goal, preferences).
- What you choose to share: chat messages, notes, pasted messages, meeting transcripts, decisions, outcomes and actions.
- Memories derived from that content, notifications, and an audit log of significant events such as approvals.
- Operational records needed to run the service securely, such as rate-limit counters and anonymised performance metrics.
What we do not do
- BOOND does not monitor your device, inbox, SMS or calls. It only processes what you deliberately share.
- BOOND never sends messages, makes payments or acts outside the workspace on your behalf.
- We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
How AI processing works
To answer and analyse, BOOND sends the relevant part of your request, and, if memory is on, the most relevant memories, to AI model providers under contract with Genologic. Providers process the data to produce a response. When you turn on web search for a message, only that message is used for the search; your profile and memories are excluded.
Facts BOOND infers from conversations are stored as suggestions until you confirm them. Emotional cues are recorded as observations, never as diagnoses.
Voice
The microphone is used only after you consent and only while you keep it switched on. Transcription is performed by your browser's speech service. Recording other people requires their consent.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Database row-level security ensures each member can read only their own records. Access requires a one-time code sent to an approved email address.
Your controls
- View, edit, archive, set expiry on or delete any memory.
- Turn memory off, export all your data as JSON, or erase your workspace from Settings.
